All pages on this site validate to XHTML 1.0 Strict, and are WCAG AAA approved. All pages contain a search box and provide additional navigation aids for text browser users, including "skip links" for bypassing navigation bars. All link text makes sense out of context. All images have alternative text except for blank images which have null ALT attributes. The page uses CSS but can be rendered without; it uses relative font sizes so users may specify their own. The pages are accessible without the use of the accompanying stylesheet.
